Mrs. Darbi’s third graders made creature offspring based off of instructions from traits of two creature parents. Afterwards, the students discussed similarities and variations of their creature offspring.

Mrs. Darbi’s class had a special guest today- Mrs. Albers!
Mrs. Albers is a retired teacher and just happens to be the mother of Mrs. Jennifer, 4th grade teacher, and the grandmother of Sadie, a CPE 3rd grader.
Mrs. Albers traveled from Texas and brought a book to share with the class. Each student also received a handmade, uniquely crafted, miniature fabric shaped heart pillow! Each pillow was lovingly made by a member of the Hope Gathering Widows group from Texas. The pillows were part of the message that each child is loved and to carry that message in their hearts at all times! ❤️❤️
