We loved having Mrs. Emily visit Mrs. Allyson's class for a special lesson on self-control! 💙 Students were engaged, thoughtful, and eager to learn strategies for making good choices, managing emotions, and showing respect to others. Cecil Picard’s 4-H clubs had a baby alligator visitor this morning during their lesson by Agent Anna Barras! This year’s topic is Wetlands. Today students learned about the history of alligators in Louisiana, hunting, uses (food, clothing, jewelry), and the life cycle. They were able to feel and hold a baby alligator!🐊
The Cecil Picard 4-H Food Drive is off to a fantastic start! 🍀
Thank you to everyone who has already donated and helped make a difference. On Wednesday, students are encouraged to bring three canned items, and on Thursday we will be accepting any non-perishable food item. Let’s keep the kindness going!
