As we celebrate teacher appreciation week, our staff received t-shirts. We ask "Who gets to do what we do?" It is an honor to do what we do! This has been the question we ask throughout the year to students, teachers, and parents so that everyone understands why Rene Rost Middle is a special place to be a part of! This morning the main characters in our Theatre Troupe's spring production of Disney's Descendants the Musical appeared on KLFY 10 Passe Partout. Way to represent our school! Featured were Lilly Noel who stars as Evie, Gabriel Badeaux who stars as Carlos, Jenae Duhon who stars as Mal, and Landon Hargrave who stars as Jay.

The top 100 4-H members across the parish were honored tonight at a banquet held in Kaplan. The following members from Rene Rost were honored tonight. Emily Boudreaux, Adelle Marceaux, Brinley Saltzman, Summit Saltzman, Lillie Leboeuf, Camille Marceaux, Addison Meaux, Dax Perrin, Brianna Primeaux. Our 6th-8th grade club was awarded 2nd place.
