Central Office Message
Vermilion Parish schools will be closed on Monday after consultation with the National Weather Service and the office of Emergency Preparedness.
Concern for ice on the roads, a wind chill projected in the single digits and water being turned off played a role in the decision.
A call out will be going out around 1:00 pm with the official notice to all families.
If an extension of this school closure becomes necessary, we will inform you at that time.
NOTE: Wednesday, January 28th was originally scheduled to be a 1/2 day of school. IT IS NOW A FULL DAY.

Mrs. Hannah's STEM class officially began their robotics project today. This hands-on project based learning integrates teamwork and communication development into our exploration computer science curriculum, ensuring students receive comprehensive exposure to the field.

Rene Rost Middle’s Student council attended the LASC (state student council convention) this weekend in Pineville. They attended various workshops about leadership with other middle and high schools across the state.
