We are pleased to announce that Mr. Casey Meador, a current assistant principal at North Vermilion High School has been named as the new principal at Rene Rost Middle School for the next school year.
Mr. Meador has been an assistant principal for four years, a disciplinarian for 2 years, and has served as a teacher/coach in Vermilion before these roles. Previous to Vermilion, Mr. Meador served as a middle school teacher in physical education, science and ELA at Lacassine High School, a K-12 Campus. He served as the basketball coach for both the middle and the high schools.
